Cruel and undignified claims processing.
Had an accident in May 2023 and had a very bad experience. Had to hear from a panel beater about my car and the company was nowhere to be found. I was sent from pillar to post and no one was ever willing to assist me. The legal department never wanted to assist when I enquired about the contributions that the other driver promised to pay towards fixing my car. High premium of above R1400 and high access fee of R25000. No transparency with the process at all. Decided to cancel after a year of being convinced that I'm not a valued client but just another person regarded as nothing but a company's fundraising tool.
