Crazy 50% Premium Increase on Premium

Your legal department is on point and assisted me in retrieving the excess amount from the thrid party however the other departments are just unbelievably unhelpful.

How in your right mind as a company did you determine that a 50% increase in the premium amount is acceptable for a customer, is it because of one claim which the thrid party admitted guilt to, on the accident report and you we able to retrieve your expenses from them? To me, that is just greed and unfair customer service.
