My fiance took out insurance last week Tuesday(24-Feb-2015) with King Price. She went to fetch her car on Wednesday(25-Feb-2015). She was told that her insurance included a tracker only to find out that, that was not true. They merely recommended a tracking company and the tracking company will actually debit her separately. The same day she was told that King Price will be debiting her account the following day(26-Feb-2015) with an amount of R471.64 but nobody bothered to mention this on Tuesday when the cover was taken. We were also informed on Wednesday(25-Feb-2015) that the normal debit order of R1137.91 will go off on Monday(02-March-2015). The first debit order went through as stated. The second one did not go through apparently, but then after we complained, someone from the finance department called and said it did go through. The tracking company supposed to come on Thursday(26-March-2015) but they only pitched up on Monday (02-March-2015). Nobody again bothered to inform us of what was going on. Now we have just been told that we still owe about R130 which will be debited around 20-March-2015. The whole experience has been annoying to say the least.
Thank you for the feedback, we constantly strive to better our processes and client experience, feedback like this helps us do that.
We are so sorry that you feel we have let you down in this instance but will definitely look into your comments and comments regarding the tracking company you selected so that we can see what went wrong and improve for future.
