COVER INCREASE

<p>I was not happy with King Price becasue they increase my Premiums without notifying me. I only saw the increase with the debit order SMS. I called them and they told me it was an Annual increase and when they check my profile my e-mail address was incorrectly spelled. And they debited my account three times and nobody notify me of that . Today the 03.07.2017 I called King price to compalined regarding my double debits and spoke to the guy by the name of Gabriel Maphela who was helpful to lower my Premiums to R774 per month but so I had to cancel the Car hire & car Cab but as soon as I have the budget I will add the Courtesy car again when my premium decrease again. I was refunded R107 so on the 27 July R 667. then in August it will go back to R774. Could you please inform in future if anything happens to my premiums . And how much is your Annual increase no letter was send to me ..</p> <p>Thank you Nomsa</p>
