COURTESY CAR INCONVENIENCE

I got a courtesy car after the incident on my car. My car is in repairs and much of the processes were handled by king price which I appreciate soo much. But just now and improptly, I received a message from the car rental company that King Price have terminated my courtesy car usage and that I must return it as of today. As it stands now I am in Johannesburg for exams whiles the car is parked at Citybug and I will only return only on Friday. Why is there no extension as my car is not finished? Why was there no prior notice after I called severally to inform them about the due date which they said they will return to me on which they never did? Why must I bear such inconvenience at a very short notice?
