Courtesy car
I called them 2 weeks ago telling them that I'm taking my car for repairs on Monday the 4th April. And they must arrange courtesy car for me,even now I'm still waiting

As per our records the car hire was arranged on the 30/03. Our sincerest apologies for any confusion in this regard.
