COULD BE A MORE HAPPY CLIENT
Mpho Mashiane, called, spoken to him, gave him my views on the increase that's not viable. R500 increase. Got the premium back to normal. Still not satisfied though as through Covid I paid my full premium through with less traveling. Vehicles have depreciated and still paying and exorbitant premium. Looking forward to King Price reducing my premium accordingly as the CEO mentioned nationally. Mpho Mashiane was great though for listening and bringing my premium back to normal. Once again, my vehicles have depreciated. Let me not go to the premium of each vehicle which I think is rediculous.
