Consultant was Wayne Cooper, he assisted me well

Consultant was Wayne Cooper, he assisted me well. He just spoke too fast and I felt a lil bit like a NUMBER/ a call he needed to attend and finish and move on to the next and not necessarily a client. Not sure if agents are rated based on number of calls they take, but it sure felt like that which put him under pressure to hurry through so he can move along. But he did his job well. It’s just the personal touch and acknowledging me as a HUMAN than another call that was missing.
