I called during the week as I needed to enquire about .y increase of policy. The lady I spoke to was not friends dly and she basically left a bitter taste in my mouth! I called again and spoke with another consultant whom assisted me and transferred my call to someone e else. I am happy, thank you to the 2nd consultant.
