Confusion
Today I was informed that 17% of the value of my claim was deducted because I never informed them that I was asked to help out at work for 6 months, after I retired in 2018. I was never informed that it was required I mentioned all those facts of being back at work when I submitted a claim for my iPhone that fell on the floor and got damaged. So was that not noted on my file when that claim was finalised??
