Conflict resolution

I would like to praise Ruben Barnard for resolving the insurance issue for my wife in a short space of time after trying few consultants for almost a month. I was also in a plan of escalating the matter to the next level due to the fact that I was not getting a solution. I was also in a plan of cancelling even my own insurance with them after more than 7 years with them. Ruben started to be involved in the matter on Wednesday and communicated with me everytime to give an update and the status of our matter. Thursday he requested some few documents and of we sent them on Friday and upon receipts of the email he also acknowledged the receipts in writing. On Monday morning the issue was resolved and refunded what was due to us. The most important thing I loved from him was to prioritize, acknowledging the receipts of the requested informations, giving the status of the matter, conflict resolution s****s, etc all that showed putting customers first. The customer service and you gave to my family, please give to others. Thank you very much for your help. You are a "Star " and please shine to all.
