Concerning.
I submitted a claim on your Website on Friday morning, the 12/01/2024. I was given a generated message stating that I would be contacted within 4 hours, by one of your agents. We are now at the close of business of the 15.01.2023 and I have not heard a single word from anyone at King Price.
Common guys, why drop the ball?! I have been a loyal client for over 10 years and have never missed a single premium yet a claim of such small value, is not worth your timely attention.
