Concerned Customer
I was involved in an accident on March. I lodge a complaint with them I answered all questions and I sent all documents. An investigator was assign he contacted me and send me other documentation which I filled and sent back. Now they want other information like I have to sign another forms an attach certified ID copy. The form I have to sign it's a for access to information which they have to get any data from network provider of the calls I made on the day of accident from 1am to 7am.... I guess kingprice is looking to find a loophole on my claim to validate it as I have went through reviews and it is clear they don't pay out claims. My car is a write off according to the assessor. My car it's insured for over 230+k and my settlement it's about 180k. Which I believe the cost to fix the car won't be over 100k. I wonder how long it will take for them to finalise their investigation as am convinced they only looking a something to reject the claim because it has gone too far for them to request to access to information from my cell phone network provider.
On the request to access to information form...he said there is discrepancy that is why they want such information. For their own information not all accidents are caused by alcohol... All the interviews they do I believe that is not fair...one should not feel like an ******** when it's time for claims to be paid...also no one in his/her right state of mind can write off his car intentionally.
