Concerned and confused client

I am very much disappointed with king price, took my car for almost a month and later they say I should contact a particular company that they sent the car to be fixed which I dont know or not part of the arrangements made by them and that company. When I try to contact kingprice agent, they boldly tell me their part is done. How is it done if I dont have an update? Who am i paying money to every month? Why is it that i need to go to a third party for update when am dealing directly with them? Am warning South Africans to be careful when dealing with king price
