Concern Regarding Car Repairs and Payment Process

I am writing to express my concern regarding the recent interaction my daughter had with your panel beaters regarding her car repairs.

Last week, she was contacted by your team, who informed her that her car did not have petrol and that she would need to pay R300 in cash for petrol. This information seemed puzzling to me, as my daughter had filled up her tank on the day of the accident.

Furthermore, she was informed that upon collecting her car, she would need to pay R4500 for access via EFT. I would appreciate clarification on this matter, as the total amount seems disproportionate to the services provided.

Could you please provide more information on your payment process and clarify the charges mentioned above? I would also like to understand if this is standard practice for your business.

I look forward to your prompt response to resolve this matter.

Thank you for your attention to this issue.

King Price is truly an amazing insurance company. I had an accident in 2021, and it wasn't a hassle to claim. I had another accident in February, and they provided the same amazing service. I'm so grateful for the exceptional experience. I'd like to thank Lyle as well; his service is a 10/10, absolutely outstanding.
