Computer never returned

In September I send my computer desktop in to the computer shop in Richards Bay and their gave me a report that my computer is damage due to power surge. In September King price send their own assessor to the computer shop to pick up the desktop and they found that this is not due to power surge(16 September). I then purchased a new computer and the computer shop want to build in my old hard drive in the new computer. Kind price Assessor never returned my old computer to the computer shop. Its a month later and my computer was not returned.
