I would like to express my gratitude to Travis Hayward and Okuhle Mangisa. Both were very efficient and professional truly went the extra mile to ensure that my claim is processed timeously. Even though I just suffered a great loss they were so compassionate and extremely professional making me feel worthy of being a customer. They both displayed resilience and performed their duties which exceeded my expectations. The Organisation is extremely lucky to have them as they both displayed customer service at its best.
