Absolutely love these guys. I have been a client for over 10 years and never had an issue processing a claim. I have registered 5 claims during the last 10 years, 2 of which were processed and 3 were cheaper to fix vs the excess amount. This is an insurance that will actually beat all other insurances based on premiums, excess, support, communication and service... AND, premiums decrease every month :)
