I would to acknowledge Zanda-Lee Pretorius from KinG Price Claims Department for the timeous feedback on my claim. A week ago (05/07/2018) a taxi bumped my car on the left side on my way to work. I logged a claim the same day, she provided all he required information which I sent through and today (12/07/2018) my claim was authorized for repairs.
I suppose the 7-14 day turnaround time is not a myth with my trusted insurance. I made a good investment and happy with he service I go thus far.
