Completely Disappointed .. they do everything to avoid their duty as an insurance company.

Unfortunately I am deeply disappointed in King Insurance. Here are the reasons : 1. They continue to rise in prices even though my car price has declined significantly in the 7 years that I have been a client. 2. They offered me a dent and scratch cover for free but I have been paying for it all along. 3. I claimed for a scratch but since the quote was for R4000 instead of the maximum R3000 they refused to pay one cent on the claim. 4. I claimed for a dent. The panel beater said they needed to replace the door and gave me quote for R27000. There assessor said it was for less than R7500 which is my access and refused to pay a cent. 5. I cancelled the contract one month ago via email and it is still active. 6. Someone called a week ago and said they would address all my concerns and I never heard from them again. Please can I cancel this insurance. I believe I am owed the R75 per month for scratch and dent as you offered it to me for free .. you have a voice recording. And I am owed for my claims.
