Completely Disappointed
<p>I sold my car on the 10th of October and emailed to cancel my insurance. Till now on the 17th I am still waiting for this company to contact me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now I see today that they have debited my account for the insurance for next month. I am truly disgusted in this service. Never claimed and now I must suffer when I try cancel. Utterly disgusting</p> <p> </p> <p>I need a call from someone today so that this problem is rectified. Please note our cancellations are done telephonically hence our attempts to call you after your cancellation request. Due to you being in Tanzania at the time we could not get hold of you. After this complaint we however assisted you to cancel the policy via email.
