complaint letter on how the conducted their interrogation on me. King Price insurance

Dear Sir\Madam Claim Number CKP***/1 I`m writing this letter to complain about one of your agents. Her name is Karen van der Baan who paid me a visit at my home on the 28th of November 2019 at 09:00am. I felt intimidated because she constantly asked me questions I didn’t feel were relevant to the case in so much that she kept asking me about my whereabouts about the previous day and wanted me to pinpoint everything. She asked me about my banking statement and she ended up asking what I bought when and where of which some of the things I couldn’t remember due to the hot flushes and headache I had due to the medication I’m using after the accident. At some stage I felt dizzy and had to lie down but instead of stopping the interview or pause it, she asked me repeatedly whether I was panicking or feeling nervous which was not the case. I repeatedly told her that I was not feeling ok but she was inconsiderate and decided to continue instead of waiting until I was feeling better. One of the things that intimidated me the most was when she asked me about my personal stuff such as bank statement, credit card account statement and to my surprise she knew the monthly payments in my account. She then asked me about my banking app for some reason I wasn’t in my senses, I ended up opening my phone. She started going through my accounts and took pictures with her phone and she wanted my credit card account statement and she wanted a copy of that information. I never planned to have an accident. Secondly I was never told that my privacy (bank statement, my personal life) was going to be part of the claim. have a right to go anywhere I want anytime, I don’t remember any boundaries when I took the insurance hence I feel so violated as if I have to inform them where I stop, where I go and where I visit, and when to visit, who I see. Even if I visit million places before the accident, it’s not the insurance’s business it’s my problem. If I was told before that this was their way of doing things, I wouldn’t have signed up for such a thing. What matters here is that I reported that I was coming from Mooinooi going to Marikana and on my way to Marikana the accident happened. I don’t understand where my previous whereabouts fit to this situation. I reported my accident immediately after it happened hence the Tow –Truck came immediately and the police also came. The insurance’s job is to go to the police and look for police statement that was taken, and phone the hospital where I was observed. She made me sign a document and said it gives her access to CCTV footage, police report and hospital records I had an insurance before and they didn’t treat me the way Miss Karen did I felt like my rights were violated in some many way as if I`m hiding something.
