Complaint about a claim
My claim from king price is still outstanding after nearly 2 months. I get a runaround being shuffled from one consultant to another [in my case 3 consultants so .far. ]. They al make false promises on resolution soonest but nothing materialises, yet they keep on deducting my premium from my account. I am very disappointed with them as I always had a high regard for them. I am now thinking the best thing is to visit their offices in person and also taking the matter with the Insurance Ombudsman.
