Complain

My name is Patricia Sithole

I am so disappointed with this company called king price I have been with this insurance since 2013 till today and I have never claim for my car since 2015 till the 31st of December 2022 where I had an accident that was caused by potholes,my 2 tires and rims,my adjust seat on driver side and boot was damaged and my windscreen and road assistant they really help me .

Then my claim was registered on the 4th of January and after no one contacted me for update then after I call the assessor by the name David wepener he contacted me and he was so rude and disrespectful and I couldn't stand his tone and I asked for the claims manager,the claim manager by the name of Goolam Vallee he contacted me on the same day ,I thought he will lesson and also give me a awesome service but I guess no one at king price knows how to deliver awesome service accept when they debit my account,the manager was so rude also and he told me that sorry he only take what the assessor is saying and he trust their guys and he said sorry we don't cover tyres that treads are smooth and I told him that I didn't cause the accident and also why they didn't specified when we took the cover or even when the car goes for inspection which tyres will be covered ,my windscreen wasn't cracked and they say according to the assessor the windscreen had too much dust and small stone (it won't be replaced it has to be registered alone as another claim),I mean we drive at different road.about the boot the manager said they realised that all juke have a problem with the boot so I have to be liable if it needs to go at Nissan to be diagnosed (I mean they dispute that this damages where not part of accident)so why must I pay for something that they're not sure about.i am so disappointed with such sevice no one is updating me with my claim ,I have to call or sending messages that they don't even respond to

I regret being insured by king price,even today my claim it is still in progress.
