Complain about King Price Insurance

I was involved in a hit and run yesterday 27/08/2021, but I managed to get the registration number for that car, After they hit me at the back I stopped, and trying to get out of the car, the person hit my door and now it can’t close properly.

Then l called the police and they told me to go to the nearest police station, and called my insurance and they told me to go to the police station also, then after some minutes while I was on the accident scene with people around, they saw the same car that hit me, the car hit someone’s gate and hit and ATD car that was there at e gate, and we went to that car and asked the girl to communicate, the girl agreed to talk to me after communicating with ATD, then some guy drove her car out of the gate and she was in the car with that guy they drove for a distance and stopped, the girl came back, learner driver, she then said she can’t talk to me she is leaving, and the mother to that girl told me straight that eyakho asi yi ngeni, they left. and I went to police station to report an incident

Then I called the insurance today 28/08/2021, they told me that even if I have the registration number for that car and I also took picture for the disc if that car, they told me even if I have that information they cannot help me get claim from the person who hit me because of the POPI Act law now, but before that law try ye were assisting their clients, so now I have the information for that car and they cannot help me claim from that person, I have to pay a the money for access fee, this insurance said they cannot help me. I am so shattered, King Price Insurance does not even deserve a STAR, they can’t even solve this for me, my car is scratched and the door is damaged
