King Price does not demonstrate a commitment to its clients. I filed a claim and was required to pay an excess before any service was provided. After making the payment, they assigned someone who was clearly unqualified for the job. Upon completion of the work, I immediately contacted King Price and provided photographic evidence of the subpar work. Despite this, they have failed to respond to my emails since that day. This lack of communication suggests an awareness of their actions and an indirect acknowledgment of their use of substandard contractors.
