Complain

Firstly I’m not happy with how King price is handling my claim. Really I’m not getting feedback nor care on how the process Is going. I have been their loyal client/ customer for years. This is the first time I’ve ever claimed I have two cars on my profile but I am truly dissatisfied with the manner they are handling my claim the is absolutely no insurer and claim care. Im very disappointed. As an insurer they had to give that human care and peace of mind to their customer which I believe it’s what is lacked in this process.
