Complain

On the 3rd of march someone knocked my car from behind and i submitted a claim which King price is avoiding to pay. I have submitted everything that they requested from me but they keep shifting the goal post. I am extremely unhappy about the service and would not recommend anyone to switch to them. All I want is for them to approve the claim and fix my car an its going to exactly a month and all i get is a system generated email claiming they are working on the claim but whenever they call its something new that i need to submit. I have never missed a payment
