Complain

Dear Peter,

Please assist me with this poor service from king price insurance. Yesterday, I has a mechanical breakdown on my car insured by King price insurance. After waiting for a long time on the highway, I was assisted to tow the car to my place and then the following day to go to assessment centre for a diagnostic. But this morning, I call the claim department who arrogantly just told me that it cannot be done because the car should have stay with the towing company in order to be brought to a dealer. While the conversation with the road assist was that I should be assist within 60 km. It is very disappointing with this cheaper insurance as king price for whom I have been since 2018. I really regret my experience with them.
