Complain

Good day, it an honour have have access on such platform, I want to share my experience with the king price. So my car went for maintanance, it was never moved and the insurance deduct the premium depending on how long I drived, so last months they did deduct an amount for a non moving but it was fair enough because it was R350 if not less, still the car didn't come back but they deducted a full premium which is unreasonable for me. One consultant gave a hard time saying I must send things that I already sent. I'm not happy, not because of the money but because of lack of communication that ended up affecting my salary. I am taking further steps until I get my money back
