complain

i was involve in a car accident on the 30th of May i called King price they arrange car towing service all went well and i open claim for my car. on the 5th of June receive a call from Neil to chose the car panel beater.

it took King price 3 weeks (21 days) to finalize a claim , i called them to request an extension of 14 days with hired car I spoke to the following people : Sumeya who said she can only extend by 7 days because they delayed the process with 7 days ,i requested to speak to her manager she transfer me to Yapeen who said he will ask claim manger to call me to my surprise when i call king Price on the 28th i spoke to Roxxan Soobramoney who refuse to give me a email address of the CEO she was busy explaining the process not resolving my query .

im disappointed to King Price i regret the day i switch my insurance to King price .
