Complain.

My tire hit the the porthole badly and irreparable on Sunday 19-05-2025; 16:30 pm. My cover is R1000 and the premium is R39, I registered a claim on the next working day but unfortunately they’ve already knocked off at 16:30. The following day 21-05-2025 I called Kingprice and resend the email attached with photos and the invoice from tyger wheel amounted to R2842,10. I made the follow up call and Charmaine Hamon explained to me that the claim could only pay R750 and R250 is an axcess amount but then I noted the balance remains high even though the access can be paid. She also told me that I can go to any service provider and attach proof of payment, confirmation letter and photos should be attached on the email. I sent the proof of payment, confirmation letter (FNB) and photos from Solly’s spares(in Springs) amounted to R1400. She sent an email that demands details of the vehicle of which the previous invoice(R2842.10) did not appear except the odometer reading and the confirmation letter from FNB. Confirming letter, P.O.P and photos are attached in the in the email but she’s busy sending the same email demanding vehicle details and P.O.P. Surely she refuses and doesn’t want to process a claim amount of R750 to my FNB account even though supporting documents are attached.
