Competent staff

I wanted a new quote and informed Kyle that I would be available at 13h00 onwards on Friday 22nd May - my phone rang exactly at one'o'clock! He has a great attitude and answered ALL questions with the greatest of ease. Documents were e-mailed promptly as promised - very impressive! I was further provided with his personal e-mail address in case I have queries, in order to avoid possible future frustrations of having to repeat everything over and over with different call centre staff.<br> It was a pleasure dealing with a knowledgable person (for a change).<br> Regards<br> Paul
