Was involved in a car accident last year 28 of September.. Informed the insurance on time on what transpired, then my vehicle was towed .. I could have known that i am gonna end up fixing my own car from my pocket when they could not inform me that the car has been in the workshop i had not call and ask... The vehicle went there for a good two months for something that was never resolved.... Rather when i went to collect it it was damaged further... My vehicle had a leak from the accident which i can not say which part but what i know is that from the workshop my gears were not going in, the car started overheating due to the water pipe being damaged becomes the gear still was placed on top of the that pipe which lead to my top gasket getting damaged... I did not inform the insurance of the negligence they have caused knowing very well I'll be sent back to the same dealership... I made it clear on my statement what was damaged which were visible... The vehicle that bumped me, bumped me from the right back side and my windscreen got cracked non of those were fixed, i got to the workshop only to find the paint (dark blue) colour still on my vehicle...the reason for not fixing the two is that the assessor stated that they don't need to be fixed.. My vehicle went into the bush which had a huge impact on the shocks of the vehicle what they were interested on was accepting quote from the workshop that knows nothing about mechanical things but were quick to accept my access of R4500 over amount they paid the workshop... I hardly miss my insurance payments in a monthly basis but they showed me that they only car about premiums more than what the client has entrusted them with.. I was asked to attach receipt as proof of purchase on everything I've spent till to this day i haven't had any feedback from them... But the workshop is fully paid and sm here fighting for what is due to me... Kindly assist with thos matter... Should you need more infor of the receipt I'll attach them
