Communication was bad and never received my re-payment

Kingprice was ok, except if you needed updates on your claim, if you did not call them you would not get an update at all. Finally when matter was concluded I was informed that I would be receiving some of my instalments back, the ones that were deducted while my car was being written off. I have never received it and when I follow up on email and so there is no reply, no acknowledgement.
