Comendable service

I was contacted by a KP representative namely Sherice Stone, as I was on the verge of cancelling and moving to an alternative insurer. This was all due to what I perceived as poor and frustrating administration, as a result of two recent minor vehicle claims. In particular I was offended by the manor in which KP consultants dictated terms. Not only did Sherice Stone convince me to stay, she also managed to increase our portfolio coverage with KP adding other movable and non-movable assets into one basket. Thanks Sherice, the old adage is true "it helps to speak to the right person"
