CLOSING INCOMPLETE CLAIMS!

My name is Lauren, I am absolutely disgusted by PhoneTradr's and King Price service. King Price dealt with my vehicle claims smoothly its unfortunate you guys are affiliated with This absurd place Phonetradr. 2 weeks ago my phone was collected for repairs , still to date parts have not been received. Why was I pestered into giving my phone up if I have to wait so damn long! King Price I understand you guys have to deal with your claims asap but at least have the decency to check if all in place before you pressurize your customers. IM VERY UNHAPPY IT WAS SAID PARTS WOULD BE RECEIVED TODAY STILL NOTHING!!! I WANT MY PHONE FIXED ASAP!!!
