Clive Perumal - Definitely does go the extra Mile

I recently app**** for comprehensive insurance at King Price and was assisted by numerous agents, 2 of which came back with a response that they cannot accept my insurance due to the information provided. I queried this and eventually was put in contact with Clive Perumal who took the time to listen to the information provided and took it upon himself to actually verify the information only to return to inform me that the information i assumed to be correct was in fact nowhere to be found on any insurance company which was that my insurance had been cancelled. Based on this information Clive was able to remove the "Flag" on my application and the insurance was approved. Why did i have to go through 3 prior people to get to one person who takes his job seriously? I have no idea but can say the other agents can take some notes from Clive who really went the extra mile
