CLIENT CARE WITH KING PRICE
I recently needed assistance regarding my account with King Price and had requested them to call me to clarify the status of my monthly premium. I was assisted by a fine gentleman named Mikaelan Govindasamy. He was polite and patient as he listened and calmly explained the options available and potential solutions. Eventually, he kindly explained that my premiums seemed in order from his end but would happily call me back in a couple of days if there was a problem in his records. At the end of our conversation and without undue overcomplication, he reassured me, checked the problem and offered a solution and even promised to follow up. King Price always offers great service and this was a prime example.
