Client Care experience was wonderful!
Needed to update some personal details on my cover, got a call from Matthew Gerli shortly after submitting a Call Me Back request. Speaking to Matt was an absolute pleasure, he has a pleasant, friendly tone and was able to answer all of my questions with very helpful information. He was also very clear and concise about what details were being updated and made sure I understood.
Great, quick call, leaving me impressed with King Price's client care system.
