Clam Department.
Never had any issues with Price, but the service I received lately made me think twice. From being sent back and forth for information that is already provided. I had to explain everything like i'm dealing with 5 year old step by step picture by picture, to be told everything looks the same here. I tried to be as understanding as I can, but the service was horrible and poor. The consultant ended up dropping the call one me, i called back seeking a Supervisor got sent to the same agent. What a experience King!.
