Her level of communication was of a high standard especially the way in which she patiently and professionally entertained my enquiries. At no point during my conversation with her could i notice any boredom or low levels of enthusiasm (like some within the industry or trade). Besides her natural and confident way of committing to keep me the client satisfied she also showed great knowledge of the company she is representing. She immediately could attend to all my enquiries and assist with ammendments to my policy , not only in no time, but with with great confidence too.
