Claims still not paid

I took out my cover with King Price Insurance in 2014 and have been paying all my premiums in time with no hassles. In 2017 October, my vehicle was ****** and I put in a claim. Vehicle was recovered in November while King Price was still busy with my claim. They assessed the vehicle and told me that they are going to write it off and will pay me out for the claim, this was in January. I submitted all my documentation with nothing outstanding, they even told me to hand over my ownership documents, which I did, as well as to sign the NCO document and submit to them, which I did. Ever since, nobody has communicated anything to me about the payment, the advisor who is handling my claim is Ethan Cameron and he never communicates anything to me, only when he wants something does he communicate, which I find very unprofessional. I’ve been trying to communicate with him but it’s either he is busy on another line and doesn’t return my calls, he is out of the office and I get auto responses or he just doesn’t reply to my emails. I am very disappointed as I’ve been happy with King Price all along until this incident occurred. I lodged the incident in October 2017, it’s now February 2018 and my claim still hasn’t been settled.
