CLAIMS PROCESS VERY SLOW

I was involved in a road accident on the 8th of January 2016 and i lodged my claim with Kingprice on the 9th of January where i was then told that the process would take between 7 to 10 working days to get finalized. The assessors report was received more than 7 days ago and still this matter has not been validated. <br> What makes me more concerned is that i have had no reply's to my emails and i have been the one calling them seeking information/updates. <br> I have been a loyal client and so far all my other matters have been handled reasonably well. Can i please get the service that you guys promised me as a loyal client. Please!
