Claims department worst service ever!!!!

I would like to state my case of disappointment of this insurance i had my rims and tyres ****** phoned in only to get told my excess would be the same as a car accident after even asking the consultant to please review my case with management till today I'm the one calling them to find out what is happening no sympathy whatsoever who cares that I have a car sitting on bricks and no transport I asked them why I was never advised to take a separate a cover for rim and tyres when I phoned in to update my policy I'm still waiting for an answer I have consultants telling me they can't help me after having this policy from 2018 Nov this this the thanks I get its like I'm just a number to them it doesn't matter the pain I have just experienced no one even cares to call and give me feedback I have a car with a broken window with heavy rains I phoned this morning shouting and screaming like a mad woman on the phone no one has bothered to call me back and tell what's happening and yet with no fail my debits have been going off and now I need help no one is interested to assist king price insurance company is the worst ever I'm feeling so helpless and disappointed.
