Claims department - Thabiso Mashaba 🌟

My reason for 5 stars is all due to Thabiso Mashaba in the King Price claims department. He was an absolute star, efficient, friendly and goes above and beyond to resolve problems. As an insurance company they do eventually get the job done at a very affordable monthly cost. (Coming in at half the price of all other quotes I'd received) a few issues with a long delay waiting for an assessor (before Thabiso took over my account and got things moving quickly) and the written off car still being in my name 3 months after it was written off. Yet even with these bumps, once I contacted Thabiso he would work miracles to sort these problems out. Hence the reason my new car is now also insured by King price again.. thanks to you Thabiso. You're a gem. 🌟
