Claims department is terrible

<p>My mother is insured with King Price Insurance , she was involved in a car accident and called them to put in a claim , she called numerous times but no one answered .</p> <p>I eventually decided to call them , went through informed an agent by the name of Marias or Mariake of my issue gave her my mom's number to call her , she promised to call her she did not.</p> <p> </p> <p>I called once again to King Price and all of a sudden the line was bad and they could not hear me </p> <p> </p> <p>I don't know what is going on there but it should not be this difficult to put in a claim .</p> <p> </p> <p>Since it's so easy to take my mother's money every month!!!!!</p>
