CLAIMS
Claims department is terrible gone over a month claim is not finalized, holding on for over 50 minutes no one picks up coz alot of them are working from home, eventually when someone does pick up they are not your claims handler and they cant get ahold of your claims handler. Its a run around. More money is wasted calling them coz they dont call or email you.
