Claims

<p>The lady by the name of Florence Letswalo help with my claim on an inverter on my solor panels. After a week we did not have any contact from the assessor to come out (under standing it was April with lots of long weekends) and assess the damages. Imediatly after contacting Florence on the salutation she made alternative arrangements to deal with my claim and asked me to hand in quotations I had already obtained, as we know there are only a few suppliers for this item. I did as asked and with in 3 days my claim was settled and sorted. Even though it took some time I am happy with the way they dealt with my problem and how they made alternative plans to assist me. The serivce is really great. Well done Florence Thank you. </p>
