Claim/repairs by king price

One of the most horrible insurance one can get.They have the worst claim process.After it took two full weeks for claim to be approved,my car has been sent in for repairs.The repair have not even begun.The repairer has been waiting for parts from king price,This is the second week. Different ETA’s are given to the repairer but no parts are supp**** on that day.on Tuesday i called the repairer,they were informed parts will be supp**** on Wednesday,Thursday i do a follow up,parts are still not supp**** .They are given Another ETA of friday.The contact person mogomotsi doesn’t even answer phone calls or emails🚮 It’s really exhausting and disappointing. This marks a month without my car

I would never recommend king price to anyone ever .
